Overview

Aruba Meeting Rooms
Select the space to suit your needs from a wide array of choices.  The facilities of our Aruba resort can be set up in just about any style to satisfy your requirements. 

To ensure your event meets your standards, all of our meeting and banquet facilities offer individual controls for heat / air conditioning, sound, music, telephones, multiple electrical / microphone outlets, audiovisual equipment, and 100V single-phase and 220V single-phase electricity.
Indoor Venues
Regency Ballroom
Our largest indoor event space, this elegant ballroom features lovely Caribbean colors and sparkling chandeliers. This versatile venue works well for any number of occasions. Gather together your meeting attendees for an opening session in a theater-style set up for 600. Invite a guest speaker to lead an interactive training course in a classroom set up for 450, or plan a grand gala, complete with an elaborate theme, in a formal banquet set up for 400.  Regency Ballroom can also be divided into three separate rooms, suitable for coffee breaks, breakout sessions for 50 or meetings with 40 guests.

Ballroom Foyer
Located adjacent to the ballroom, this prefunction area is ideal for meeting registration, continental breakfast buffets or cocktails prior to your dinner event.

Padu del Caribe
Named in honor of the composer of Aruba’s national anthem, this flexible and intimate meeting room is designed to accommodate small to midsized events. Break the room into three separate salons to be used for brainstorming sessions with 30 participants in a U-shape format. Hold a cocktails and hors d’oeuvres reception for 250 in the entire space, or a seated dinner for 180.
Outdoor Venues
Outdoor Prefunction
Bordering both the Ballroom and Padu del Caribe meeting rooms, this outdoor space is ideal for cocktail parties and coffee breaks, as well as elegant dinners and luncheons. This area can accommodate up to 250 for a seated banquet or 300 for a reception.

Outdoor Terrace
Surrounded by tropical foliage and partially covered, the Terrace is an excellent locale to host breakfast buffets or luncheons.  This also makes a unique spot for small meetings, with up to 30 attendees in a boardroom or hollow square format.

North Courtyard Deck
Enticing views of the ocean and beach let you know you are in paradise! Treat your guests to an enchanting evening party, surrounded by tropical plants and fresh ocean breezes. The deck can accommodate 150 for a seated banquet or 250 for a classic reception.

Balashi Bar
Our pool bar becomes an intimate spot for private parties after 7:00 p.m. Invite VIPs for drinks and hors d’oeuvres or a buffet dinner under the stars. Balashi Bar can host up to 50 guests.

Beach Area
Take advantage of our beachfront location with a party on the sand. Palm trees and huts create shady areas for relaxing in the sun. Additional tents are available, as are volleyball nets for a nighttime game. Available any time of the day, the Beach Area can accommodate 200 during the day and 500 in the evening.

Pool Deck

This area offers a spectacular view of our three-level pool with cascading waterfalls, palm trees, tropical plants and colorful parrots. The pool is available after 8:00 p.m. for buffet dinners and cocktail receptions for up to 400 guests.
