Check-in:
Please check-in at the spa reception desk at least 15 minutes prior to your first appointment, so you may take advantage of our shower, sauna and steam room before your treatments. Unfortunately, late arrivals will not receive an extension of time on scheduled treatments.

As a courtesy to all Stillwater guests we require all cellular phones and pagers be turned off while at the spa.

As a courtesy to other guests and to our therapists, please give us a three-hour notice if you must cancel or change any treatments. Without this notification you will be charged in full.

In appreciation of outstanding service, gratuities may be given at your discretion. For groups of six or more, a 19% service charge will be added.
